Apparently, there are no true Muslims/ Muslim Scholars left on earth to explain the elaborate significance [and countless implications on every aspect of human life, from legitimate administration to even the health/ life/ survival of this world that is now getting depopulated completely from pandemics of "fasaad"] of the occurrence of the term "Mufsidun" in the above two verses [pertaining to two distinct times in human history, and yet revealing endless information regarding the common nature/ preoccupation/ evil etc. of those two peoples]?!
